I've been back in my hometown of Shrewsbury for three weeks now. I've graduated, I've finished my internship, and now I oodles of spare time to catch up with friends and raid the charity shops (oh, and also find a part time job. I wonder if I can make a Sainsbury's uniform look stylish?). Every time I return home, I gain more appreciation for my surroundings and the people that live within it. There are so many quaint and quirky corners of Shrewsbury, and I'm looking forward to showcasing them in my outfit posts. This shoot took place in front of the bandstand in The Quarry, where there's 29 acres of pretty parkland that everyone gravitates towards in the summer.
I really like the tailored but loose fit of the lilac trousers, it's a nice balance between smart and casj (I go into more detail in my charity shop haul post). The simple ribbed halter has become my new go-to top due to its understated look and flattering 90s cut.
I had a bit of a rings splurge recently, most of which were found in the eternal ASOS sale. I wanted a handful of not-to-showy silver rings that I could mix and match.
