Star and moon bracelet- £1.49
Bead tattoo choker- £3
I'm not sure if one can technically call three items a 'haul', but although I only found several things in the charity shops today, I'd say it was a rather successful rummage.
This shimmery gold cardigan is covered in hundreds of 90s style sequins and comes with some pretty impressive shoulder pads. The photo certainly doesn't do it justice, but I'll make sure I wear it in my next photoshoot. I'm tempted to pair it with some bold colours for a power dressing disco ball kinda vibe.
I spotted this mother-of-pearl effect star and moon bracelet tucked away at the back of a display counter, so it's definitely worth scouring every inch of a charity shop.
I feel like I'll be wearing this tattoo choker a lot in the upcoming months- the beads are lovely autumnal colours. Whenever I start talking about tattoo chokers, I become on the verge of ranting about how I've been wearing them for years, and now there's a tattoo choker epidemic on the high street. But then I realise that my ranting makes me sound like a cranky hipster.
This week I've been modelling three blog photoshoots based in my hometown. I've never had the opportunity to showcase the quirky beauty of Shrewsbury before; its cobbled streets and Tudor timber beams are crying out to be the backdrop of a blog post, so I'm looking forward to sharing them with you in the next few days.
